Season 1: Founders
The first 100 ranked members of The Age Leaderboard are its Founders. The Founder badge stays on your row forever, and Founders are first in line for the Level 4 invitation. Seats are assigned in order of first ranking, and each seat carries its number: the rank moves every week, the seat never does. Every Founder who brings one ranked member during Season 1 becomes a Founding Recruiter, a permanent title next to the badge. The Recruiters tab shows who brought the most. When seat 100 is taken, Season 1 closes.
