Hildor is a biological age measurement platform operated by Kyklos Entertainment SRL (Via Don Minzoni 11, 40121 Bologna, Italy, P.IVA 00870721206, Codice Unico 0000000). The Platform provides the Hildor Age Rank™, a proprietary scoring system that converts lifestyle, wearable, and blood biomarker data into a numerical score for informational and comparative purposes.
The Platform is classified as a general wellness product. It is not a medical device as defined by Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (Medical Devices Regulation, “MDR”). It is not registered with the Italian Ministry of Health (Ministero della Salute) as a medical device, in vitro diagnostic device, or health service.

Level 1 relies entirely on self-reported data. Self-reported health assessments are inherently subjective and may not accurately reflect your actual health status. The lifestyle interview questions are based on factors with evidence-based associations to biological aging, but individual responses may not capture the full complexity of your health. The resulting score (maximum 600 out of 1000) is an estimate with approximately 60% accuracy relative to the full Hildor Age Rank™.
Level 2 incorporates data from consumer wearable devices via Apple Health or Google Fit. The data can be user-entered or automatic-entered. Consumer wearable devices are not medical-grade instruments. Data accuracy varies by device manufacturer, model, sensor quality, fit, and user behaviour. Hildor does not validate the accuracy of wearable data and is not responsible for errors or limitations inherent in your wearable device or health platform. The resulting score (maximum 800 out of 1000) reflects approximately 80% accuracy relative to the full index.
Level 3 requires you to manually enter results for six blood biomarkers: HbA1c (glycated haemoglobin), fasting glucose, triglycerides, HDL cholesterol, total cholesterol, and hs-CRP (high-sensitivity C-reactive protein).
These biomarkers are commonly included in routine blood panels and are well-established indicators of metabolic health, cardiovascular risk, and systemic inflammation. However:
Never use your Hildor Age Rank™ score as a basis for medical decisions. If your blood test results show values outside normal ranges, consult your physician regardless of what your Hildor Age Rank™ score indicates.
Hildor Age Rank™ algorithm is informed by peer-reviewed longevity research, including the Hallmarks of Aging framework (López-Otín et al., 2013 and 2023), epigenetic clock studies (Horvath, 2013), and decades of research on caloric restriction, cardiovascular biomarkers, and metabolic health indicators.
However, the specific algorithm design, weighting system, geographic adjustments, and scoring methodology are proprietary to Kyklos Entertainment SRL. Hildor Age Rank™ has not been independently validated through randomised controlled trials, peer-reviewed clinical studies, or regulatory approval processes. The accuracy percentages stated for each level (60%, 80%, 95%) are internal estimates based on the algorithm’s design parameters relative to the full three-level model, not clinically validated figures.
Biological aging is a complex, multifactorial process that cannot be fully captured by any single scoring system. Factors including genetics, epigenetics, microbiome composition, hormonal status, environmental exposures, and socioeconomic conditions influence biological age but may not be reflected in the Hildor Age Rank™.
Before making any changes to your diet, exercise routine, medication, or lifestyle based on information from the Hildor platform, consult a qualified healthcare professional. This applies regardless of whether your Hildor Age Rank™ score improves or declines.
Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking treatment because of information or scores provided by the Platform. Do not use the Platform as a substitute for regular medical check-ups or clinical monitoring.
If you have a known medical condition, are taking medication, are pregnant or nursing, or have concerns about your health, consult your physician before using the Platform or interpreting your score.
Use of the Hildor platform does not create a doctor-patient relationship, therapist-client relationship, or any other professional healthcare relationship between you and Kyklos Entertainment SRL, its founders, employees, or contractors. No individual associated with the Company is providing you with medical advice through the Platform.
The Platform may integrate with third-party services including Apple Health, Google Fit, and various wearable device ecosystems. Hildor is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or availability of data provided by these third-party services. Integration with these services does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with Apple Inc., Google LLC, or any wearable device manufacturer.
Any references to scientific research, medical studies, or health organisations on the Platform are provided for educational context only and do not imply endorsement of the Hildor Age Rank™ by those researchers or institutions.
