1. Install Health Auto Export from the App Store on your iPhone (the API export is a paid feature of that app).
2. Grant it access to Health data: Sleep, Heart Rate Variability, Resting Heart Rate, Steps, Exercise Time, VO2 Max.
3. Create an Automation → type REST API → paste your URL above.
4. Format JSON, aggregation Days, period Today (or Last 7 Days for the first send), schedule Daily in the morning.
5. Tap Export Now once: within a minute this panel shows the received payload.
